Bad service and long wait k
Im extremely disappointed with the service in KFC Namakgale, theirs a lady called Marcia shes full of attitude first and she doesn't know how to treat customers right, I waited for my food from 19H57 to 20H45 , I told her that I habe been waiting for my order its been long, she told me they use queue to service the client and I told her no u dont use a queue coz the person I that came after me left 20 min ago, she told that I wasn't listening order must have been called long ago, I asked her to check it coz I have been there it wasnt called , then the story changed that I ordered strips and I should wait for strips, with attitude It was my first time buying from KFC Namakgale so I just moved here and I never wanna fo there again, I cant be treated like this where paying

KFC Namakgale poor service
The service and the staff is so poorly slow.you’d buy quick item from the soft serve like ice cream,yet you have to wait for big meals to be out first cause they bought before you,I mean that is something you can take out immediately after being bought to avoid too many people being in the shop,but they just don’t care
