Harassment at KFC Kensington

I was at KFC and l was bul**** into ordering what l did not ask for, l was assisted by Nomusa who claimed that on buying streetwise 2 chips the system forces me to get a mini loaf, l only asked for 2 streetwise 2 chips and 1 streetwise 2 pap she added 2 mini loaves and a small cold drink which she claimed that it was the new system, I'm so disappointed that people can go this far to be praised for upselling, l was in store around to 7 in the evening and my order number is 294.
