I can't buy drinks
I just bought 2 streetwise pap with cold drink by force because I wanted 3 streetwise pap without cold drinks. Ntobeko told me I'm not allowed to buy at drivethru because I don't want colddrink. If that is KFC procedure then your brand is

Harassment at KFC Kensington
I was at KFC and l was bul**** into ordering what l did not ask for, l was assisted by Nomusa who claimed that on buying streetwise 2 chips the system forces me to get a mini loaf, l only asked for 2 streetwise 2 chips and 1 streetwise 2 pap she added 2 mini loaves and a small cold drink which she claimed that it was the new system, I'm so disappointed that people can go this far to be praised for upselling, l was in store around to 7 in the evening and my order number is 294.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service and delicious food at KFC Kensington! I had an amazing experience at KFC Kensington today! The store was spotless, the staff were friendly and efficient, and my order was ready in no time. The security guard deserves special recognition for being so helpful and kind while assisting me with the self-service kiosk that kind of customer care really makes a difference! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious especially the Streetwise Five and my all-time favorite Jalapeño Loaded Fries. Everything was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Thank you to the entire KFC Kensington team for delivering excellent service, neatness, and professionalism. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer! 👏🍗
