Not so great!

I was quite disappointed with my last order. I’m a loyal customer but my recent order has failed to meet my expectations. I ordered a large meal and got a regular meal with 1 flimsy serviette. The order took 6 minutes to get to me which compromised the quality of the food. I do appreciate the fast service but not at the expense of my meal.
