Unhappy customer
Very unprofessional cashiers , rude, non chalant and talks back to customers. Very slow and always assigning one person in front ! Very dissapointed with such bad customer service and with how even Khwezi " The manager on that day took care of the complaint " . I made sure to take pictures and videos as this was not the first time these cashiers have been doing this. The order was from 14:18 but got out at 14:45! Kfc is very small in gardens yet with so much regular customers but the service! Very! Poor! Poor! Not to mention the food! My strips were very dry. My mash and gravy had a bad taste. The cashier's talk back to customers! This is really absurd!!

Not so great!
I was quite disappointed with my last order. I’m a loyal customer but my recent order has failed to meet my expectations. I ordered a large meal and got a regular meal with 1 flimsy serviette. The order took 6 minutes to get to me which compromised the quality of the food. I do appreciate the fast service but not at the expense of my meal.

Not so great!

Rotten meat from kfc in Cape Town gardens
Today as employees of Ascensos we got a gift vouchers each team and we decided to buy lunch amongst each other .. the closest kfc to us is the one in gardens cz we are at 78roeland crescent, gardens we went there and we ordered 15 streetwise 2 , and we went to Pick ‘n Pay to buy cool drink and bread on our way back we got in I went to collect the other I saw one lady being given her money and returning the food but I don’t know y it didnt come into my mind to ask . Anyway we collect the order we go to work .. when we open our food the chicken looks fine on the outside but on the inside it’s red on other side it’s green the smell was horrible .. some of us decided to throw the food away the other returned their food and guess how much they gave each of them 24 each .. what an insult ,disrespect , unprofessional behaviour… imagine they sell meat that they know it’s rotten .. as we speak we having stomach problem .. imagine food poisoning.. it’s January other people didnt have lunch at all what a waste of our 674
