Complaint: Missing Order and Poor Customer Service at KFC Gardens

Today, I placed an order at KFC Gardens, but never received it despite waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. After contacting the restaurant, I was informed that the driver had taken my order, but it never arrived. As a pregnant customer, this experience was particularly frustrating and disappointing. I will not be ordering from KFC Gardens again due to their poor customer service and failure to deliver my order.
