Bad service and bad quality of food

The customer service is really bad. Customers who come in to buy with cash are not attended to, cashiers will be busy with other things, passing customers as if they don't see them waiting there for assistance. I even had to complain before I was assisted, and finally when I got my order, the chicken was hard and cold as if it had been there for hours, ay...the service there is just bad
