Ennerdale kfc
I bought a family treat (8 pieces) and a 1.5-litre Coke at the drive-thru. I waited for more than an hour. They told me to park in front of Cashbuild. While waiting, I noticed that people who ordered after me were receiving their meals. After a very long wait, I went back, and they were not even aware that I had not received my meal. What is the point of a drive-thru if they make us wait

Bad service and bad quality of food
The customer service is really bad. Customers who come in to buy with cash are not attended to, cashiers will be busy with other things, passing customers as if they don't see them waiting there for assistance. I even had to complain before I was assisted, and finally when I got my order, the chicken was hard and cold as if it had been there for hours, ay...the service there is just bad

**** service ****phobic stuff
**** service waited longer than an hour for order no help people that ordered after me got food before me, Terry was very rude and ****phobic towards me i requested a cancelation the shift manager and Terry felt its more important to insult me in sesotho than it is to cancel my order he said to the shift supervisor this stabane thinks his tantrum will make the food ready faster. And the shift supervisor wanted to refund me 170 and not 270 I expect a full apology from both of them
