THE WORST KFC EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!

I get to the place I try order using the machine, but the machine doesn't respond, I see people in a queue with cash in their hands, so I figured let me join the queue, I wait, for a very slow working Neo on a month end, only for her to tell me if Im paying I must use the machine to place my order and pay with my card, I ask so I queued all for nothing, amd she responds to say theres nothing she can do, another lady comes and tells me that due help me the machine is working just fine ( I must be trippin) , we go over to the machine, she asks me what I want, I tell her Id like to order a crunch box (R59.90) and a snack box (R49.90), one the machine the price is R51.90 i tell her I want what's on the menu and she is just as confused because whats on the menu doesn't seem to align with the machine, now they are confused im confused as to why these people seem clueless. I ask for the manager and I tell her instead of listening she counters my complaint, so I was told to sit down and I will be served from where I sit....why??? Can someone please explain maybe im crazy. This must be the worst kfc experience in my entire existence....im very disappointed that a newly built kfc can be such a flop in service, and a flawed service, because the manger explains that they were instructed that no customer is to swipe at the counter?!
