Great service from KFC Doornkop
I came in the morning around 11am today to buy breakfast and I got assisted by this lady called Mbali who was the one working in the front counter,I was late and she quickly packed my order.Bigs ups to you girl,I loved your the service u provided beside me being late

Disgusting behaviour
Yoooh Zintle and the security Neo are the most disgusting and disrespectful people I’ve ever met.. I hat you and your not so fresh food that you gave us.. I had to leave drive thru and get inside to actually Get proper attendance. Check cameras for 10-05-2026 around 19:50- 20:24. You will see why am talking about

Bad experience at KFC Doornkop
Lack of customer services and offer bad experience to consumers. Arrived at 20:00 only to be told a chicken outlet like KFC doesn’t have what it serves people which is chicken ! This store must shutdown their honestly ********* and unprofessional.

KFC DOORNKOP DISASTER
Bad service, stuff has attitude and they don’t have remorse for their customers. We waited outside for 45min they said we must wait for their chicken they still cooking it. After we waited their tills were not working they didn’t even bother explaining what’s happening we had to ask. Then they said we can’t make meat selection. The attitude of the cashier Lerato was disrespectful.

KFC DOORNKOP DISASTER
Bad service, stuff has attitude and they don’t have remorse for their customers. We waited outside for 45min they said we must wait for their chicken they still cooking it. After we waited their tills were not working they didn’t even bother explaining what’s happening we had to ask. Then they said we can’t make meat selection. The attitude of the cashier Lerato was disrespectful.

Drive thru customer service
Their Drive thru service is horrible, the worst… Especially that rude lady with a gold tooth, who shouts at customers when ordering, it’s my 3rd encounter with her horrible customer service, last time when I came, I wanted to order wings…she claimed there was no wings I must order something else… the next the customers after me are ordering wings, I asked her she claimed I’m wasting time.how as a customer… Today I made a mistake by combining orders, She tells me it won’t be possible to rectify the order, I must drive out and go into the drive thru again to start my order… Even her team mates are scared of her I didn’t know KFC promotes ************ on customers She must decide whether she wants to work or not because it’s like she’s doing us a favour The drive thru is slow either way

THE WORST KFC EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!
I get to the place I try order using the machine, but the machine doesn't respond, I see people in a queue with cash in their hands, so I figured let me join the queue, I wait, for a very slow working Neo on a month end, only for her to tell me if Im paying I must use the machine to place my order and pay with my card, I ask so I queued all for nothing, amd she responds to say theres nothing she can do, another lady comes and tells me that due help me the machine is working just fine ( I must be trippin) , we go over to the machine, she asks me what I want, I tell her Id like to order a crunch box (R59.90) and a snack box (R49.90), one the machine the price is R51.90 i tell her I want what's on the menu and she is just as confused because whats on the menu doesn't seem to align with the machine, now they are confused im confused as to why these people seem clueless. I ask for the manager and I tell her instead of listening she counters my complaint, so I was told to sit down and I will be served from where I sit....why??? Can someone please explain maybe im crazy. This must be the worst kfc experience in my entire existence....im very disappointed that a newly built kfc can be such a flop in service, and a flawed service, because the manger explains that they were instructed that no customer is to swipe at the counter?! Xan someone balance me here
