Drive thru customer service

Their Drive thru service is horrible, the worst… Especially that rude lady with a gold tooth, who shouts at customers when ordering, it’s my 3rd encounter with her horrible customer service, last time when I came, I wanted to order wings…she claimed there was no wings I must order something else… the next the customers after me are ordering wings, I asked her she claimed I’m wasting time.how as a customer…

Today I made a mistake by combining orders, She tells me it won’t be possible to rectify the order, I must drive out and go into the drive thru again to start my order… Even her team mates are scared of her I didn’t know KFC promotes ************ on customers She must decide whether she wants to work or not because it’s like she’s doing us a favour The drive thru is slow either way
