Poor service

KFC it has come to my attention that actually KFC dawn park is getting worse with its service I am not one to complain but today I gave it the benefit of the thought as I would normally Uber my self to sunward park KFC where the service is always on point with management always willing to assist and hands on I want to KFC dawn park to get bucket for 9 and streetwise 2 I paid for the order as I was getting the slip I asked for selection of pieces on the bucket and streetwise 2 chips then I was informed that I can get selected piece's on the 2 piece chips but not the bucket which I then asked since when has this been happening then I was told it's been over a year then I asked for a refund on the bucket then take the streetwise 2 only then I was informed to send bank statement and this will take 7 working days to be resolved by management.

Can I kindly ask may this KFC be intervened as this is really unacceptable honestly.
