POOR POOR
Kfc dawn park has the most poorest customer service.Asked the lady for tomato sauce and she gavd me attitude. So I order a bucket for on with strips and zinger wings and added dunked wings. Only for them to only put the dunked wings. And the meat tasted old

Poor customer service
Good afternoon I am writting this complain with a heavy heart.. Yesterday i drove my client to kfc dawn park, when she got there she was advised that the meat will take 20 to 25 mins to be ready, she had on problem and processed the order via the kiosk, part of the order included two cone ice cream and when she went to the counter to collect them she was told that ice cream is not served after hours, she then asked for the refund of the ice creams.. The lady with a bad attitude told her she needed to obtain a bank statement for her refund to be processed, in her confusion she relayed the story to me and i got out of my car to get clarity.. The lady that served us was extremely rude and kept giving us dirty looks and rolling her eyes at us, i asked her wherr should we optain a bank statement this time of the night and she told us to come tomorrow, i made that clear that we are not going to be inconvenienced over 20 rands and when i requested the manager she was standing next to the rude lady y, did say a word to us and was not apologetic, she just processed the 20 rands.. The issue was that they punished us and processed other peoples orders who came even after us first and we had to wait an extra 30 mins for our food.. There werent alot of people but we got our order after an hour of ordering... Very unhappy with the service of dawn park kfc from manager and employer

Poor customer service

KFC Poor Service

Wrong item in the order (07/03/2026)
The branch had 1 cashier, who also had to prepare ready orders...so we waited long for both services. And they unapologetically served me Dunked chicken strips instead of Dunked wings. I couldn't take them back because I was already an hour away from the branch.
