Extremely unhappy customer - KFC

My experience at KFC Colorado, Mitchell's plain has been nothing short of appalling. I ordered 3 zinger burgers and one double crunch burger. Fillers were undersized and extremely hard. After returning the meal, the manager, who refused to give me her name, said, that is the standard of their food. We use the drive through service regularly and 3 out of 5 times we have to return to the store because the order was wrong, returning home to hungry kids and cold food. I logged a complaint, no return call . They serve food that is cold and expired shelf time. My family loves KFC, but this store is truly tarnishing your brand
