Very unhappy customer
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this branch. I ordered the 10-piece Tuesday special and was told the waiting time would be 30 minutes. Instead, I waited for an hour and 30 minutes. When I enquired how much longer it would take, the staff were dismissive, told me to wait another 10 minutes, and simply walked away. By this point, I was frustrated, tired, and no longer had an appetite for what I had ordered. The lack of communication and dismissive attitude felt very unprofessional. The staff seemed disorganized, running around without any clear system of serving customers. As much as I enjoy KFC, this experience has left me disappointed. I strongly feel that the staff at this branch need proper training and improved customer service to ensure customers are treated with respect and efficiency.

Good day, I like to express my disappointment with the service I received at your drive-thru about a week ago. I ordered three Streetwise 2 meals and specifically told the cashier that I did not want any wings. I was informed that I would need to wait about five minutes. I then went inside to collect my order, but I was initially given only chicken drumsticks, which was not what I had requested. The order was eventually corrected. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, I discovered that one of the Streetwise 2 meals did not include the chips. After already waiting and having my order corrected once, it was very disappointing to find that my order was still incomplete. I have always expected better service from KFC, and this experience was frustrating. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure greater care is taken with customers' orders in future. Thank you, and I look forward to your response.

Disappointing
I order 2 chocolate milkshake and when received that milkshake actually tasted horrible Was water ,basically drank milk that tasted really horrible ,you could barely taste any chocolate I also ordered and paid cash for a 10 piece zinger wings but there were only 9 pieces and the street wise 2 tasted as if it had been made in old oil. Honestly I love kfc but this is by far the worst experience ive had.

Disappointing
