Dry overcooked chicken, poor quality and bad customer service

On the 26th of last month I ordered two street wise twos on the Mr D app, at the Colorado MITCHELL'S PLAIN branch. I was so disgusted by the quality of the chicken. It was hard and inedible, dry I almost choked. My mom told me to discard of the chicken and fee it to the dog that's how bad it was. I logged a complaint with their customer care, it's the third day of a new month and they are still getting back to me as I was told they will be in touch. I am appalled by the quality of food KFC serves their customers. I made my family, friends and colleagues aware. Every Friday we would purchase KFC at work in Woodstock. Now that branch has lost 9 clients. Because my colleagues and myself are now rather buying Hungry lion. What these establishments don't understand is word of mouth is their biggest advertisment. KFC Colorado MITCHELL'S PLAIN should be ashamed of themselves.
