Dunked Pops Nightmare

After work, I stopped at your Bredell branch at approximately 16:57 as I was looking forward to having some Dunked Pops. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

The Dunked Pops I received were clearly not fresh. They were so old and dried out that they had shrunk into small, almost square blocks. I took one bite and immediately spat it out. They were completely unlike the fresh, plump Dunked Pops I have previously enjoyed from KFC.

Simply covering old stock in Dunked sauce does not make it acceptable. The sauce cannot disguise the fact that the chicken was stale, dry and well past the quality I would expect from KFC.

I have always been a huge supporter of KFC and have generally enjoyed your food, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. However, after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I would purchase food from KFC Bredell again.

I would appreciate an explanation as to how food of this quality was allowed to be served to a customer, as well as an appropriate resolution to this complaint.

I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that the quality-control practices at the Bredell branch will be reviewed.
