Dunked Pops Nightmare
After work, I stopped at your Bredell branch at approximately 16:57 as I was looking forward to having some Dunked Pops. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The Dunked Pops I received were clearly not fresh. They were so old and dried out that they had shrunk into small, almost square blocks. I took one bite and immediately spat it out. They were completely unlike the fresh, plump Dunked Pops I have previously enjoyed from KFC. Simply covering old stock in Dunked sauce does not make it acceptable. The sauce cannot disguise the fact that the chicken was stale, dry and well past the quality I would expect from KFC. I have always been a huge supporter of KFC and have generally enjoyed your food, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. However, after this experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I would purchase food from KFC Bredell again. The details of my purchase are: Branch: KFC Bredell Date: 17 August 2026 Time: 16:57 Order: #6718 I would appreciate an explanation as to how food of this quality was allowed to be served to a customer, as well as an appropriate resolution to this complaint. I trust that this matter will be taken seriously and that the quality-control practices at the Bredell branch will be reviewed. I look forward to your response.

Wet floor without warning signage at KFC Bredell Square
Yesterday when I was going to buy wings with my colleagues at KFC Bredell square I slipped and fell due to the wet floor where it seems like somebody was mopping without a precautionary or warning signage. The KFC team together with the manager failed to handle my situation properly all they had to say was they are following their procedures. I had to hire a transport to take me to the Doctor because I was in pains. Did they call to check up on the customer who got injured in their premises? No. I had to call and make a follow this morning that’s when they mentioned that they wrote an email to their HR Officials and they are waiting for the feedback

Great service and excellent hospitality
I would like to thanks kfc Bredell Square staff at Kempton park for their best service and excellent hospitality they are always fast and smiling they work so hard to make sure we as customers get the great service everyday and the food there is always fresh
