They just dont care.

KFC Bothasig must be the worst KFC in Cape Town. Last night I thought I would give them another chance instead of going to the one in Platerkloop where the staff is very friendly and know what they are doing. I ordered the large Pops and was told the dont have the container for the Large one so I got the medium. They staff is making the owner loose money! When I was handed my slip in the drive through, thank God I checked because again a problem, they had added two street wise twos to my order. I told them that I did not order that and the lady had a bit of an attitude when I asked for my money back. The staff needs to be trained that when serving a customer they should not have a conversation with each other so loud! People check your slips before leaving, This has happened a few times thats why I wont rather drive to any other KFC and I Live 6 houses away from the one in Bothasig.
