Will never waste my money on KFC Bothasig. Terrible food
What a joke. Staff not trained properly and chicken is terrible. Staff mumble to each other if you ask them for help instead of shouting to each other!! Have had bad service before even the wrong order given to me. Ordered two breakfast burgers, slip said breakfast burgers, I got two breakfast wraps! Thought I would give them another chance, boy was I wrong. Went to buy the new strips( 10 piece and chips with 4 dips) First they did not have the correct box and the only 2 dip flavors. Then the part came when I tried to eat this so called strips!!! Was like trying to chewing a piece of leather, dry and tasteless and smelt like it was old oil or burnt chicken, not to sure!!! The owner of this branch needs to do some thing about their staff and maybe need to send them on a training course. I tried to support my local Kfc which is 5 houses away from me but would rather drive to the one in Platterkloof or Richmont corner were I know I will get better service and food!!
