Subject: Disappointment with KFC Bothasig

Dear KFC Bothasig Team,

I regret to express my profound disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant. It seems that KFC Bothasig is, unfortunately, notorious for consistently falling short of expectations. Today, I placed an order for three snack burgers with chips and three ghost pepper burgers, but to my dismay, I received only one snack burger with chips.

In an attempt to resolve this issue, I called your establishment at 19:33. I spoke with a woman who abruptly dropped the call after telling me she would try to arrange for a driver to deliver the remainder of my order. I explained that this was not acceptable, as my children needed to eat and be in bed before 8 PM. When I requested her name, she coldly informed me that I didn’t need to know who I was speaking to before terminating the call.

This experience has left me feeling utterly disheartened. It’s disheartening to witness such a lack of care and professionalism. I had hoped for a pleasant meal, but instead, I was met with a level of service that can only be described as dismal.
