The customer is always wrong.

My car broke down on Sunday and towed by a company contracted by KEYPMB to them on Sunday.So I wnt keypmb on Monday thinking my car will be sorted out by now and I get there and nothing was done,so I then 2booked it in with them and waiting the whole day for someone to call back but no one did,so I caled and they said to me there is no fault found,WOW A CAR THAT SMOKES AND DOES NOT STOP OR MOVE HAS NO FAULT WOW.So they kept the car over till Tuesday and yet again I had to call and find out if they managed to find out what was wrong and if it was fixed.Then they tell me to come in and have a look at the car and so I did,i got there and they tell me that I added engen oil into the brake fuel system,WOW.im a new user and I don't no anything about car and they tell me this.so they tell me that they cant do anything as the car is now out of warrant.After some time and arguing the manager de sids to pump the oil out and refuel it.Well I left and went home again &waited and waited then I called back after 5hr just to find out the car is ready and waiting for me.when I get there then they send me an sms saying the car is ready for collection.once there the service manager goes missing...
