Pathetic Service received from Key PMB

What a pathetic service I receive from Key PMB dealership, they damage my bumper with a chemical they app**** whilst washing during 90k service upon taking it back they made me wait for 3-4 hours to rewash or repair my Bakkie. Whilst patiently waiting no update or whatsoever from their staff instead the Bakkie is in the wash bay & 3 hours later I'm told the y busy sorting it out. If the bumper is damaged only panel heaters can fix that not the dealership.
