WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE

Absolutely disgusted and appalled at key moves, worst experience of my life! Never have I ever felt so degraded and spoken to with such condescension! Spoke to Danielle who was not helpful at all, she spoke in a condescending manner when asked questions about how it all works. Then was given a bill of R6500 extra over an above 18000 bill for a 2 bedroom flat that didn't have appliances to be moved ?????? How the hell is this ok? Spoke to Matthew the supervisor and he was no help at all, felt like we were not clear enough on the inventory yet numerous calls were made to Danielle to clarify but again we were met with condescension so we are now too dumb to understand yet we don't work for a moving company and we also haven't moved before! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SNEAKY SOME ITEMS WERE REMOVED FROM OUR INVENTORY LIST AND WERE CHARGED EXTRA ON THE DAY BECAUSE IT "WASNT ON THE LIST", ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY THAT PEOPLE CANT DO THIS.
