Worst first time moving experience

Guys didn't arrive on time which ended up being my problem, drivers were unprofessional towards security guards of the complex I'm moving in which caused yet another delay which became my problem not to mention their rude manager, who thinks he knows more and can't be told, not sure if that's how he treats his white counterparts but anyway bottom line, my experience was unpleasant, a lot of being unprofessional from stuff to their supervisor/manager. never again.
