These people give you a very attractive quote then adds all kinds of costs afterwards! Everything you agree to on the phone, make sure you record your calls with them and have it in writing after your call. They wait for you to make the 50% deposit then add all kinds of different costs to it and even on the day of collection, they take the smallest boxes first then charge you however they want for any other boxes that are outstanding, even when their trucks are not full! such dishonest people! Beware of their attractive quotes! At the end of the day I paid 20% more than originally agreed to and there is no way you can get your deposit back.

The people you contact are such pains! When these costs come unexpectedly, they are not flexible, they try their best not to understand your situation and makes sure they get your money! They cheat you using imperial units instead of metric units which we use here in South Africa, thinking stupid people will just believe it's a lot of space required! Then proceed to increase the quote by another 10%

Absolutely poor service for the amount of money you pay! I asked them to follow up on time of arrival and I don't hear a word from anyone! They just take your money and give you the worst service possible!

I would pay an extra R1000 and go with a more reputable company than suffer from high blood pressure dealing with these pathetic bunch!

The only reason I gave you any stars is because you eventually got my goods to where I needed them to be otherwise I would've sued your asses... and take note, only after all payments have gone through on the day of delivery, after you get your surprises that you need to pay extra, will they authorize the drop off of your belongings!
