TERRIBLE SERVICE - DON'T EVER USE KEY MOVES OR DLH REMOVALS

Absolutely disgusted and appalled at Key Moves, most horrific customer service from the driver - Jerimiah. He is such an ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING ASS - if he worked for me, I would have fired him the very first day!!!! It's UNACCEPTABLE!! I'm the client afterall, and he speaks to me like I'm a piece of garbage, and ignored me, when I didn't want to do what he demanded. Never have I ever felt so degraded and spoken to with such condescension! I spoke to Debbie Henning, from DLH Removals, who facilitated the whole move, and it just made everything worse, she wasn't helpful AT ALL, to the contrary - she made mistakes on the final Inventory that was sent to Key Moves, and expected me to pay an additional amount, for literally 4/5 small items I did forget to put on my list. When she realised that she made a mistake by not sending my Inventory correctly the first time, NO APOLOGY, but rather expected me to pay for a few small things!! I either had to pay, or they won't load it!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! which I refused to do. Jeremiah, the driver - wasn't not helpful at all, moaning and complaining about everything, he spoke to me in such a condescending manner when asked questions about how it all works.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SNEAKY AND ARROGANT!!! SOME ITEMS WEREN'T ON THEIR INVENTORY LIST - DUE TO AND ERROR FROM DEBBIE HENNING - DLH REMOVALS, AND SHE WANTED TO CHARGE ME, BECAUSE IT "WASN'T ON THE LIST", a mistake SHE MADE!! SÓ DISGUSTED IN BOTH THESE COMPANIES! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T USE EITHER OF THEM, EVER!!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CLOWNS (I wish to add, that the "workers" on the truck where a delight and very helpful and friendly - at least a little bit of friendlyness and helpful people, to make it a bit easier.)
