Shocking service from a thieving company

<p>I used Key Moves to transport my household goods from Joburg to Cape Town. On arrival, their staff reeked of booze and they manhandled the furniture and many items were damaged, scratched and dented. They also broke a ceiling light in the house.</p> <p>The complete delivery took about a week (in 3 loads) for them to get everything to the house as some items were forgotten in Joburg. I also had to pay extra for the extra deliveries.</p> <p>Key Moves shrugged their shoulders and wouldn't take responsibility for the furniture damage. Matthew asked me to get quotes for the light, which I did, and told me that their electrician would come to the house to install the new fitting. The electrician never arrived and they are now ignoring calls and emails.</p> <p>Stay away from these ******. You will regret using them.</p>
