Poor service, items broke and missing

The experience was horrible. My things were delivered in batches because I was not told prior that every single item will be accounted for like other companies they didn’t have tape for small items every single thing must be paid for so it would have been great if I was told prior to make sure I have enough boxes. Upon delivery They broke my mirror without any notice, apology and when I notified them they didn’t even regard my complaint. My husband’s Addidas sneakers have been missing we can’t find them anywhere.
