Not delivering on agreed service and poor attitude

I utilised this company's services this morning.They were 1.5 hours late for our appointment and brought all of my furniture in a truck that was too big to fit in the complex. The reason for this was that they had to drop off other furniture for another client afterwards. Upon inspection of the truck it was noted that there was no other furniture in the truck. They should in theory have brought a smaller truck as I was also seemingly charged for the larger truck when it wasn't necessary.<br> <br> The truck was too big to take into the complex and was also too big for the amount of furniture to be moved. The people (5 of them) doing the delivery would have had to walk 50m to carry the furniture into the apartment but refused to so and ordered a shuttle to carry the furniture for the 50m distance that I had to pay R600 for, in cash, on the spot. An invoice was only generated once I requested one as I was uncomfortable with the fact that we just had to pay the amount in cash.<br> <br> The gentleman dealing with the move, named above, just shrugged his shoulders when the complaint was lodged and effectively told me better luck next time when I feel that we have been taken advantage of.
