No respect for your possessions

I moved from Johannesburg to Durban on 15th August 2015. My furniture was supposed to arrive early morning 17th. The uplifting of my furniture went smoothly After numerous calls on the 17th the Truck eventually arrived at around 15h30 more than 8 hours late and they politely told me that they would have to order a shuttle because they cant carry the furniture so far - shock horror I had ordered and paid for the shuttle. After the workers hung around for 45 minutes they were allowed to bring the truck without the trailer into the property and the offloading started at approximately 5.30 the shuttle arrived and they did a load and by the second load it was dark the guys were tired and they piled the remaining furniture on a half ton shuttle - shock horror. All the furniture on that load came in gauged, scratched and broken. I spoke to Ryan the manager who agreed to refund me the shuttle service but has renaged on any claims against the mishandling of my furniture. I am really upset that what I have worked so hard for is damaged by a company that shows no respect towards peoples possessions. They don't deserve to be in business. DONT USE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR POSSESSIONS
