Never again!

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience using Key Moves Removals for our move from Somerset West to Ballito.

The collection team (Toga and his crew) were excellent - professional, careful, and communicative. Unfortunately, the delivery side was the complete opposite. Communication with the delivery driver (Edzani) was terrible: I had to keep chasing him for two days for an ETA, and despite repeated promises to update me, he never did. He eventually arrived without notice.

When our items arrived, several were damaged. Multiple tables were badly scratched and dinged, an outdoor table had broken legs, boxes were destroyed, our couch was filthy and had a tear on the side, and one double bed was completely broken. Even worse, someone had urinated on the side of our queen-size bed base and mattress (bear in mind that I cling wrapped both for protection).

The collection experience initially gave me confidence, but the delivery experience was appalling and completely unacceptable for a professional removals company.
