Missing goods, Key Moves is great until they have your goods

<p>My move from PTA to CT ended with me not being able to reach the people needed to track my goods (not even returning my calls), boxes destroyed so much that Key Move had to repack them (don’t like that people going through my goods), my wooden kitchen island damaged and after all of that.. MISSING BOXES.</p> <p> </p> <p>The missing boxes, containing some very expensive clothes/goods and was reported via phone and email on the day that we noticed and today, a month later, I have not had any communication from Key Moves... I had to call them a few times and managed to get through twice but kept hearing the same story.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had a chat with Matthew the day the goods went missing and was impressed with his helpfulness but things went downhill from there. I was promised that they will receive the docs and have session with their team but as mentioned no response. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will not recommend this company to anyone purely because of the lack of urgency and assistance from their side. I did not once blow my top and was calm with every call/ email but enough is enough.</p>
