Never again. Parcels and boxes opened and the stupid people re-sealed them with branded tape. Cannot account for many items, Inventory a complete mess. Never again...

Delivery of the possessions of Rene Paul Gosselin from Eddies Transport to Mr. Gosselin’s new Residence at 14 Malherbe Street Clarens, Free State 9707 with the services of “Key Moves”.
Thank you for organizing the removal of my possessions from your storage in Johannesburg to Clarens.
I did note that the service was very good and that the staff of the delivery vehicle appeared to be helpful and jovial. However, as I get the time to examine and unpack the crates and boxes, I find that all is not correct.
I recently reported that a small Cabinet had the door and bottom shelf missing. You were quite right; I found them in other crates, curiously all of them opened and re-sealed with tape branded “Key Moves”. Which led to a little suspicion.
I then noticed that many cardboard boxes and plastic crates had been re-opened and re-sealed with “Key Moves” tape.
Eventually, as time and available manual help arrived, I noticed that two other black crates had the sealing taps removed: There were no inventory numbers of course and they had been removed with the bubble wrap and or brown tape.
In the first crate that I opened, there were “medical books’ strew all over the interior and underneath were the few little tools that were left from all of those that I had packed in there. The books were taken from other crates which had also been unsealed; to make up the weight for the ****** tools. I would never pack like that. The tools were of a significant value.
In the second black crate, also unsealed, I found two little carpets, which I would never have put in a crate, hiding a black refuse bag with curtains that I have never seen before and certainly came from another pilfered consignment to make up the weight.
This last crate would have contained a very special Camera bag by the name of “Crumpler” quite expensive and no longer imported but I used for a decade for my photoshoots in Lesotho. I do not recall what else was in that crate but a few things are not appearing on my list of discovery when unpacking the goods that you have been responsible for, these past 18 months and I presume that this responsibility extends to the sub-contractor selected to deliver the goods to the final destination.
I have not been able so far to establish the complete list of ****** items and a certain amount of breakage which I shall not mentions as it is perhaps normal. I retain the right to claim for any further items that I might find in the future,

Why did I find their "removers blankets" in one of my trunks?Why did they not fulfil their obligations in checking off the inventory as it came out of the truck? Why were inventory labels removed? Why obfuscate when this has so clearly happened before?
