"ensuring you covered" lies and bad experience from their management!!!

Had the worst experience with this company and its actually sad because i really expected aot from them!

The move went well and i had no issues with hsving my furniture get from Jhb to Durban

A few days after unpacking i opened my dishwasher (which i paid extra to wrap to avoid having it damaged) and realized the plug waas ripped out completely and thrown into the dishwasher ( which is strange because when it was wrapped the plug was still attached to where it needed to be? I was using it the night before) The dishwasher looked like someone olayd soccer with it. Eventually the friendly 🙄 staff members told me to get a quote which i did.. which i also paid a call out fee for. It was unrepairable thats how badly it was damaged. Keep in mind i took out risk insurance - and used this company because they were professionals. Anyway - told them it was unrepairable and they tell me ah sorry thats a pity. We'll give you R1500 to contribute Asked them why did i pay extra to get it wrapped????? and risk cover.. apparently thats only when the truck goes into flames 🙄 anyway they had the audacity to tell me. Unfortunately thats a risk that you take when you get your things moved. I mean this dishwasher was obviously unwrapped and wrapped again after it fell over and got severly damaged 😡😡😡 Then he tells me in the future i should take out insurance on each appliance and then they will be able to contribute more should something like that happen.. insurance on each appliance?? Thats extremely expensive - also i expected them to WRAP IT AND LOOK AFTER IT OR ATLEAST TELL ME THAT IT FELL OVER AND ROLLED AND GOT REALLY DAMAGED. Thats why i atleast would expect. Not impressed -
