Disappointing Service

I am deeply disappointed and appalled by the service received from Key Moves. We have relocated. Upon delivery to our new address we discovered that a number of our things which includes my newborn baby's cot and all of our kitchenware from pots to plates to cups and glasses are not in our possession. We have been in our new home for a week and we've had to buy takeaways three times a day each day as we cannot prepare a meal, our newborn baby has been having sleepless nights as she is uncomfortable sleeping in our bed. I am beyond stressed and anxious as this should have been a stress free process instead it has turned into a nightmare as I have contacted Key Moves and was advised that I will be contacted with a solution, I had to contact Key Moves myself to ask for an update and sadly there is none. I wouldn't advise anyone to make use of their services.
