Disappointing Service

We recently moved from Johannesburg to Cape Town. We arranged our move with Marvic Relocations however on the day of our move Key Move showed up to pick up our furniture. Probably a subcontracting agreement between these companies which we were not informed about. Mike from Marvic was very friendly and helpful preremoval stage however the actual team by Key Move who handled the furniture were not professional. They did not want to dismantle and reassemble the heavy and large furniture items and dragged their feed. I ended up dismantling a wardrobe myself. The furniture was not well protected with blankets and was handled rough during the move. The team was always in a rush and damaged the walls while moving the furniture. We paid a premium to Marvic for the removal service thinking that they would be better than a average removal company given the references they provided however disappointed with the service which obviously was outsourced to Key Moves. I would not use them again.
