Spoke to Danielle in the office who was very efficient and prompt with the arrangements of moving my furniture. the logistics team was equally as professional as they made an appointment to arrive for the pick and were there punctually. they set a realistic expectation on delivery time and they delivered before then (it is important to note that all my items were accounted for and undamaged).
