Bad Service - Missing and Broken items - No respect for our belongings

Good day,

We used KEY MOVES removal company to transport our belongings from Cape Town to Johannesburg. Key Moves was referred to us by AFRIWORLD (Bloemfontein).

We will NOT USE them again in the future and we will certainly advise friends and family NOT to use them due to the negligent and clearly rough management of our goods as laid out below:

* Nozzle for hose pipe - missing * Temperature knob for weber braai - missing * Broken plastic crate * Broken wooden spice rack * Two broken picture frames as well as broken souvenir tile in box clearly marked FRAGILE * Handle for electric frying pan cracked * Bracket inside plastic storage cupboard separating two sections broken * Box marked upright clearly not kept upright resulting in glue being spilt over all other contents * Two wheels on braai both broken A lot of other boxes were squashed ...

Very disappointed. We can't even claim against the above goods as we were told by Afriworld that we should've taken out insurance for our goods. Whether one takes out insurance or not we would expect them to deal with our goods with care and respect.
