BAD after sales service

They are very good to get you onboard. They fetch your things on time. BUT, they damaged my desk and were willing to fetch it to fix it, but I asked them to wait untill I had also moved (I moved provinces) so I could check everything to make sure there was no other damage. Now they do not even answer my emails! Also delivery date was give and they phoined me the day BEFORE to say they were on their way to deliver. I had other people accepting the goods as I was not there yet. This caused chaos. In addition, they did say it was a shared load, but they do not tell you it will be a huge pantecnicon with a large turning circle, so I had to pay another R1200 for them to shuttle my furniture from the gate to the house. I cannot give 4 stars. After sales services is terrible.
