There is no app and they have a bad service

Beware of the KetoGo.app. It is not an app - there is no app. Their company is registered in Latvia and the whole of the EU has a 14 day cooling off period which they ignore. I had to get an EU lawyer involved to get my money back after receiving one email after the other refusing to cancel my product which I canceled on the day I bought it. They were rude to me all the time in their emails insisting on the fact that I had bought it and they were not going to refund me, in spite of me informing them they were breaking the law because of the 14-day cooling off period. Totally ******* in the EU. Only the letter drafted by my lawyer with the threat of going to the consumer body in Latvia where they are registered as a company made them refund me immediately. They are extremely expensive selling an app that does not exist. They tell you after you have bought that they did not sell you an app and to go to the website. Buying online is also protected by the law. For online purchases you have to waver your right to the cooling off period before you pay and they have to offer you this possibility. But they don't. I received nearly €60 back. Do not buy this product but with a lie as a reason: my health issues are not suitable for their product which is KETO. Well my doctor put me on Keto and there are a number of prominent doctors globally who recommend Keto not only for diabetics but for people with chronic illnesses eg. Dr. Fung, Dr. Bikman and his InsulinIQ website, The Glucose Goddess for example. Absolute lie to get out of their ******* and rude behaviour. Beware of this company. Do not buy their so-called app.
