Forced renewal despite trying to cancel subscription months ago.
Similar to another review on this organisation - you simply cannot cancel despite the process they email to you, which is to cancel via the web browser and not the app. You have to deal with an AI chatbot - no human intervention. Impossible to cancel - does not allow you to click on the profile to delete - it wants you to continue and update your weightloss.

Similar to another review on this organisation - you simply cannot cancel despite the process they email to you, which is to cancel via the web browser and not the app. You have to deal with an AI chatbot - no human intervention. Be careful of this ****my App
be very careful with this App, they get you to sign up to find out about their product, and there is no mention of you buying a plan with costs almost R 600. There is no reminder that payment will be deducted and when I checked, I had no subscription plan on this app. They are intentionally obtuse, and when you ask for a refund, they tell you its non refundable. Be careful of Apps that ask for your information before explaining what they are about. I have learnt my lesson, and what these app creators fail to realise is that they will lose a lot more than one cliets because social media is a place where the masses gather. I will not let this go, I will make sure people are cautious because this is a new way of ****ming people. They are advertising on Instagran
