Buyers beware

8th May, initial contact. CJ said he had a spare column, but not the one i wanted, but i could use that one and the still would be ready in 2 weeks. We agreed that when the right column came we would swap it out 3 weeks later. 12th May i was told the boiler on the website was more and that the locally made one was at the 79k price. 18th May finally got the quote, and paid 50k deposit and was told i would have it in 3 weeks. 26th May got confirmation that everything was cut and would be assembled in a few days. 5th June i started getting the run around, CJ said i must speak to the office (Alwyn), ALwyn said i must speak to CJ 12th June more run around. Mid june Louis contacts me and tells me he is working on it, but there were parts missing. 25th June i get confirmation the still is almost ready, but the column ordered is still not there. At this point they don’t want to release the still and i don’t want to pay in full as the column ordered was not correct.

Looking back at the invoice, they made an error on the invoice, but now they are saying the column that was supposed to come would cost more.

CJ then said he had a buyer for the still and i would get my money back.....but nothing as yet.

In short you should not support these guys. And if they maintain that after we spoke many times about the correct column would come but now isn’t, shows that they had intent from the start to commit *****.
