Terrible Customer Experience

<p>I placed an order via the Mcdonalds website, only to receive my order 45min after the given waiting time! the food was horrible, and extremely cold! The delivery guy had spilt our milkshakes all over the place and the burgers were presented some upside down and others on its sides! Totally unacceptable. II though to myself, okay, lets give him the benefit of the doubt, it was dark already so perhaps he went over a few bumps or didnt know the area too well. However, he only travelled 3,2 km away from the store - highly unpprofessional and unsatisfactoy in my opinion! When I had asked for the slip to pay for my cold, terribly presented order, he stuttered, and said he does not have the slip, I then neeeded to check back into my mail to retrieve the purchase order and total, in order to verify the amount. Eventually, after paying for this meal (if I can even call it one) I then decided to contact the store, spoke to the manager who said they would do further investigation about my order and then get back to me - which was never done! I will definitely never again purchase from this particular store ever again! </p>
