Postnet KC Sloppy Service

I had part of my PhD thesis chapter printed but al found almost half the pages were missing when I got home. Phoned Faatima who printed my document. Offered no apology. Just said pages printed after I had already paid and left. I had asked her to quote me on 170 pages and also to check that all the pages had been printed. Obviously, she did not do so and caused me terrible inconvenience. There was no excuse since there was only one other customer in the shop at the time and was not busy. Just sloppy service. When I collected my pages it was left on the printer. No envelope. It was just given to me. Again, she offered no apology. Been using them for years. Disappointed, disgusted and disgraceful service.
