No Medic on site in case of emergency due to unpainted trolley curb
Always have such a pleasurable experience at KC but came out at G2 entrance and there was a lady that fell by the trolley bay due to small unpainted curb. her leg was extremely swollen, guess what..no medic/1st aider on site!! And I wonder how many patrons enter this place a day. Got me thinking how many malls actually have a Dr/medic onsite daily as I'm sure there can be worse medical events with volume of people that visit with no help in site! Disgusting!

07 Nov 2026, 18:01Had I not called EMS, I'm not sure if any ambulance would come as her leg looks really bad...no help was provided. Security did bring a wheelchair however we did not want to lift her as we don't know if her leg is broken.
This was reported many times by the parking attendants but KC management has not shortened the curb...what the heck!
