Mouse droppings

The service at this branch has gone from bad to worse over the years but today was the absolute worst experience.

I bought 2 baguettes from the bakery and when I got home and sliced it, there were actual mouse droppings stuck to the bread. It was simply nauseating and I cannot even imagine what could have happened had I not seen the droppings... this is simply unacceptable.
