Kenilworth centre mall parking COMPLAINT

Ever since this mall (Kenilworth centre) has installed ticket parking system it's been grief. Either they bought the cheapest of the cheap pay parking system or something is terribly wrong with their IT. For years once could park at KC mall for FREE all of a sudden the mall started beautifying the place which isn't bad but with that upgrade came a paid parking system obviously to help pay for the developments. I can understand that. However DID THE MANAGEMENT OF KENILWORTH CENTRE CONSIDER THE AMOUNT OF TRAFFIC THAT COMES IN AND OUT OF THE MALL? clearly they DID NOT!!!!!! If you compare the paid parking system that canal walk has they NEVER or rarely have problems with their pay point machines. I frequently use Kenilworth centre ie on a daily basis and most days I have problems either at the pay station where the machine only takes r10 or r20 notes when the display clearly shows r50 as well OR when you need to leave that God forsaken mall the system goes "off line" and you are cadged in like an animal needing to wait until the system goes back online. If I didn't live close by to that mall I wouldnt use it AT ALL!!!!! KENILWORTH CENTRE PARKING SYSTEM SUCKS
