Kenilworth Center Parking Issue

Today I went to Kenilworth Center, we paid the parking machine, we standing, the machine says pays R5, we never got our ticket or Change, the women at info says the machine says R10, Kenilworth Center is ******* because it’s level 1 people must pay again, 2nd time I’m here and really dislike this mall, why must customers and clients pay for Parking when we doing the mall a favor yo make business
