Kenilworth center does not care about their customers at all

I have been going to kenilworth center for many years. I have never had a problem until the 25th of August 2022. Myself and my husband were in the mall as we usually are but we had our 1month old baby with us. There was some kind of construction work going on by one of the stores no signage no warning the area wasn't cordoned off nothing then out of the blue some guy starts grinding right there by 1month old baby got such a fright that I was worried about his safety. I emailed KC regarding what happened twice before I got a call from a lady with a junk attitude and asking me what must she do about it. It's pathetic to say the least. I don't know if they are under new management but they are pathetic
